We will scan your system using the latest Antivirus and Malware detection software, and remove any and all infections found. Unfortunately there are some virus infections that require the system to be wiped completely and the Operating system and other programs reinstalled from scratch. Should this be the case we will inform you of the situation and do our best to back up any uncorrupted data on your computer before proceeding. In a situation like this it is best if you have your CD's that came with your computer as it these will aid in getting your system back up and running as quickly as possible.
Need your system Upgraded! We can source hard to get parts for you and install them once we get them. We can upgrade all parts in your Desktop system. Laptop upgrades are limited as there are not many field changeable parts in laptops. Most common upgrades are memory and hard drives. Upgrading to a new drive so that you can get more space? We will clone your old drive to the new one so that all your data will be exactly the same as it was on the old drive. Should we need to source parts from out side the Island we will inform you of the cost of part(s) and the cost of shipping.
We install your new software and remove old software that is no longer used on your system and is only taking up needed space. If you would like us to install programs for you please make sure that you have the program on hand. We can source software for you as we do with parts, and in the same way should we need to bring it in from out side the island you will be informed of the price and shipping cost for the software.
We will run network cable should you require it for your network or we can set up and secure your wireless network for you. Wireless networks have the advantage of being easer to add more computers in new locations. We do recommend that if you have or will be setting up a wireless network that it be secured using WPA/WPA2 encryption and MAC address filtering. These will help to prevent unauthorized users from getting onto you network and also from accessing the Internet through your wireless connection. We also offer network administration and user management services where we can set up users and shares on you network as you require and we will set up security so that only those who need access to specific data will get it. We also do password resets on your local network if one of your users forgets there password.
Should you require us to bring in parts and or software from out side the island we require a 75% deposit on the total cost of the items including shipping. This deposit is non refundable. Also note that any duties and clearance fees incurred will be added to the final invoice.
Most computer equipment and parts are duty fee however there are some parts that do incur duties. All packages brought in to the island incur clearance/broker fees. These are added to the cost and will be listed on the final invoice.
